One plan, ten seats at the table
Patchline is onboarding its first ten teams as founding partners. The deal is deliberately simple: full product, direct line to the founder, real influence on the roadmap — at a rate that locks in for as long as you stay.
Founding partner pilot — $199/month
-
monitoring
Four providers, every change
Stripe, OpenAI, Anthropic, and GitHub — changelogs, OpenAPI spec diffs, and SDK releases, classified breaking / behavioral / additive and matched against your repos' actual call sites.
-
reports
Blast radius, not noise
Reports arrive as GitHub issues naming the exact
file:linelocations a change touches, with upstream evidence and effective-date deadlines. A Slack digest keeps score, and nags about approaching deadlines until they pass. -
migrations
Opt-in migration PRs
For repos you opt in, Patchline writes the migration, validates it against your own test suite in a network-isolated sandbox, and opens a PR with the full evidence trail. Never auto-merged.
-
partnership
Founder on call
Direct line for setup, tuning, and feature requests — founding partners' pain points become the roadmap. Onboarding is hands-on and takes about ten minutes.
Become a founding partner — $199/moTalk to us first
Cancel anytime, self-serve. The founding rate holds for as long as your subscription does. Prefer to see it on your own repo before paying? Email us a repo link and we'll send back its blast-radius report, free — that report is the product's honest demo.
The math we'd do in your seat
One missed breaking change costs an incident or a fire-drill migration — most teams price that in engineer-days. One caught deadline pays for a year of Patchline. If your team has fewer than five external API dependencies, we'll say so honestly: you probably don't need us yet. Five to fifty is the sweet spot.
